29.04.24 - Upgrade Bloc app from v1.7.0 to v.1.9.0

This RFC proposes an app update as per request from Julian and Olivier

Change Request	A comprehensive update of the graphics and layouts for the guest journeys within the Birmingham and Gatwick hotel apps, as detailed in the attached layouts. The changes will include revising visual elements and layout improvements as per client specifications for their BYOD guests.
