Scenario

Retail has its own lockers and can access the shared set.

Given

There are a number of lockers and a number of them are shared.
When

A colleague loads a locker they will have the option of both retail and shared.
Then

A colleague can add goods to both retail and shared.

Pharmacy has its own lockers and can access the shared set

Given

There are a number of lockers and a number of them are shared.
When

A colleague loads a locker they will have the option of both Pharmacy and shared.
Then

A colleague can add goods to both Pharmacy and shared

Bad When

Retail are able to open an empty shared locker

Retail can open a shared locker with pharmacy goods in it

Retail can open a shared locker with retail goods in it

Retail are not able to open a locker with retail goods

Retail are able to see all lockers with retail goods inside

Pharmacy cannot open a locker with pharmacy goods in it
Completed When

As a Colleague I can open the appropriate lockers for my division whether shared or not, full or empty but I cannot open any lockers that have goods from the other division.
Start When

When purchase order has been issued to the client.

Once approved the process will continue as

  • Create mock ups of the feature within 14 days of 'Start When'
  • Schedule of the project will be agreed within 14 days of ‘Start When',
  • Development of the feature once mocks up have been approved.
  • Q/A and delivery 7 days after development cycle
